Most weeks don’t fall apart.
They drift.
A plan slips on Tuesday, a session gets missed, dinner becomes whatever was fastest — and somewhere in there it’s easy to write the whole week off.
But a week isn’t a pass-or-fail test.
It’s a road with a hundred small corrections in it.
The same is true in here. You set up for a lift, the first rep feels off, and the instinct is to scrap the whole set. Usually you don’t need to scrap anything — you move your feet an inch, take a breath, fix one thing. Adjust, don’t abandon.
Life rarely needs the dramatic overhaul we threaten it with.
It needs the quiet steer.
The single tweak.
So this week, when something slips — and something will — try not to throw out the whole day with it. Change one thing. Then keep going.
You’re allowed to correct course as many times as it takes. That’s not failure — that’s just driving.
