Behind every great session is a coach still learning. See how the Sixty7Six coaching team shares drills and ideas so your training never goes stale.

When you hand your training to a coach, you’re really hoping for two things: that they know what they’re doing today, and that they’ll keep getting better at it. Nobody wants to be coached by someone who stopped learning years ago.

The tell-tale sign is boredom. If you’ve ever been parked on the same ring row every single session while you “work towards” a pull-up, you know how quickly training can become a grind. Same thing, on repeat, every day — that’s how good intentions quietly fade.

Behind the scenes at Sixty7Six, the coaches don’t let that happen. They’ve got a running group chat where they share reels, drills, new warm-up techniques and even warm-up games, then bring them back to the floor, try them, and report what actually worked. It keeps sessions fresh, and it means the person coaching you is always adding tools to the box.

Our coach Kirsty’s barbell warm-up is a good example of that craft made simple.

For you, that’s the difference between dreading the same old thing and looking forward to what’s next. Curious what that feels like in a class? Come and train with coaches who are still students of the craft.
